About The Role

We're looking for highly creative and sharp content strategists/copywriters who can bring a fresh approach to storytelling, branding, and social media. If you have a way with words, a deep understanding of digital narratives, and the ability to make brands stand out in the clutter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Craft compelling copy for campaigns, social media, digital ads, brand storytelling, and meme-worthy content.
  2. Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, virality, and business impact.
  3. Understand the brand's tone of voice and maintain consistency across platforms.
  4. Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, and audience behaviour to create relevant and disruptive content.
  5. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure visually and textually cohesive campaigns.
  6. Write for diverse platforms—Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  7. Experiment with interactive and immersive storytelling formats that break the monotony of regular content.
  8. Have their own suggestions, improvements and a willingness to learn as well as educate others with their knowledge.
  9. An unflickering nerve to trust their gut and trust the process.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  2. Proven ability to create scroll-stopping, witty, and engaging content.
  3. A strong grasp of marketing psychology, storytelling techniques, and viral content hooks.
  4. Proficiency in content marketing tools like Google Trends, ChatGPT, Grammarly, scheduling platforms, Trello, etc.
  5. Impeccable R&D skills
  6. Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour.
  7. Ability to write short-form and long-form content with equal impact.
  8. Bonus if you have a knack for meme culture, wordplay, and storytelling for brands.
