Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and analyzing performance to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and copy.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends.
  • Good communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
