Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The candidate will manage multiple client accounts end-to-end—from planning and strategy to execution and reporting. You'll ideate campaigns, create engaging content, and
feature in reels
and videos to bring a relatable touch to our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with client goals.
  • Build strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Pitch creative campaigns and ideas to clients.
  • Ideate, script, and execute reels, posts, carousels, and stories.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and viral formats.
  • Analyze performance reports and recommend optimizations.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of trending music and formats on Instagram & Reels.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with client interactions.
  • Ability to work on-camera for reels and short videos.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation/digital marketing (freshers with creative skills welcome).
