Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time position available in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kayankulam. We are looking for motivated individuals, with a minimum of 0 years of work experience, to expand our market reach and maintain the strong relationships we value with our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential to track customer interactions and manage sales processes effectively.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite are required to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales activities and customer data is necessary for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management to maintain and strengthen client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze data for insights that drive sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Negotiation skills are crucial to closing deals and securing beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Experience in lead generation to identify potential clients and opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to convey product information clearly and foster positive client relationships.

  • Drive sales efforts and generate leads to expand the client base in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients regarding our dental restoration services.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in dental restorative systems and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product and services that meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update sales data in CRM systems to track progress and strategize for market penetration.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote company products and services.
