PURPOSE: Responsible for Invoice processing,, Accounts Payable accounting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure accurate Processing all invoices timely & correctly in compliance of tax laws, agreements & approvals as per schedule of authority
  2. Ensuring that all invoices which are getting booked are meeting statutory requirements ( say GST, e-invoicing,RCM, TDS, WHT)
  3. Closely working with different departments to ensure timely receipt and booking of invoices
  4. Validation of freight invoices as per SOA
  5. Co ordinate with Stakeholders
  6. SAP Knowledge preferred
  7. Good Accounting Knowledge preferred
