Hiring for MIS Executive

Location-Sector 18, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Role Overview :We are hiring a Executive MIS to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and clients.
  • Develop dashboards, trend analysis, and variance reports for performance tracking.
  • Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely delivery of reports.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel & Power Query expertise
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau for dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and automation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in IT/Statistics/Analytics).
  • 2-7 years of BPO MIS Reporting experience with dashboard creation.
