PB Partners is a leading name in the insurance and financial services industry, committed to delivering top-tier support to its clients and partners. We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive to join our dynamic team at our Gurgaon office in Sector 44.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Work extensively on Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.).
  • Data cleaning, data validation, and creating dashboards for business insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analyze trends.
  • Automate reporting processes wherever possible.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as per business needs.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., etc.).
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel – must-have skill.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations and basic report visuals.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI / Tableau (added advantage).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
