About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Automation Engineer
to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, good understanding of QA processes, and hands-on exposure to
AI-driven testing tools or frameworks
. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and QA analysts to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute
    automated test scripts
    for web and mobile applications.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.
  • Work with
    AI-based testing tools
    to improve test efficiency, defect prediction, and coverage.
  • Analyze testing results and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
  • Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
  • Participate in regression testing, performance testing, and exploratory testing as needed.
  • Continuously optimize automation frameworks for better performance and stability.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Automation Testing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Selenium / Appium / Playwright / TestNG / JUnit
    (any relevant tools).
  • Experience with
    AI-powered test automation tools
    (Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Appvance, etc.) or AI-assisted scripting.
  • Good understanding of
    Java / Python / JavaScript
    (any one for automation scripting).
  • Hands-on experience with
    API testing
    (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools like
    Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines
    .
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    performance testing tools
    (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML concepts
    (prompt-based testing, model-based testing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments like
    AWS / Azure / GCP
    .
