Job Description:

We are hiring Direct Sales Executives for our NBFC Channel (Mahindra Finance). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving health insurance sales through assigned NBFC branches and maintaining strong business relationships with branch staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 10–12 Mahindra Finance branches in the assigned territory.
  • Generate business through relationship management and branch activation.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular branch visits (30–50 km travel per day).
  • Support NBFC staff in identifying potential customers and closing sales.
  • Maintain healthy business relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance (Banca / NBFC / Direct Channel) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Preferably male candidates due to travel requirements
