About the role:

We are seeking a
highly skilled Lead Engineer (Full Stack, .NET)
with proven expertise in
ASP.NET (WebForms/Core)
,
C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in
cloud technologies (Azure PaaS/IaaS)
, has led engineering teams, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.

This role offers the opportunity to
lead large modernization projects

Responsibilities :

Application Development (40%)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using
  ASP.NET WebForms, C#, and .NET Core (3.1/5/6)
  .
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend solutions with
  ASP.NET Core Web API
  .
• Develop user interfaces with
  React (17/18), Angular (7+), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery
  .
• Create and optimize
  SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, queries, and triggers
  .

System Integration & Cloud (20%)

• Integrate front-end components with backend services and databases for seamless functionality.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain
  Azure cloud-based infrastructure
  (App Services, Cosmos DB, Storage, Azure Functions, Redis Cache, Event Hub, Azure AD, Containers).
• Build APIs and services for
  internal and external system integrations
  .

Code Quality & Maintenance (15%)

• Write
  clean, reusable, and maintainable code
  adhering to best practices and design patterns.
• Conduct
  peer code reviews
  to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
• Support and modernize
  legacy applications (ASP.NET WebForms → .NET Core microservices and micro frontends)
  .

Performance & Optimization (15%)

• Monitor and
  optimize application performance, scalability, and availability
  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  full-stack issues
  across frontend, backend, and databases.
• Implement
  secure coding practices
  , compliance standards, and data protection strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership (10%)

• Lead teams of
  5–15 engineers
  using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with
  product managers, business analysts, QA, and designers
  to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct
  knowledge-sharing sessions
  , and ensure best engineering practices are followed.

Qualifications :

Education
: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience
:

• 8+ years in
  full-stack software development
  using Microsoft technologies
• Strong expertise in
  ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Web APIs
• Hands-on experience in
  modern frontend development
  (React, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
• 4+ years of experience with
  Microsoft Azure services
  (App Services, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Redis, Event Hub, Azure AD)
• Proven experience in
  leading engineering teams
  (team size 5–15) in Agile environments
