We're looking for a
Full Stack Developer
(Angular + ) who thrives in dynamic startup environments, enjoys solving real-world technical challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact in a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using
    Angular
    and

    .
  • Lead the technical implementation of new features and system improvements.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers — fostering learning, growth, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Growth) to deliver top-quality solutions.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the tech stack.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements

  • Graduates from
    Tier 1 institutes (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc.)
    preferred.
  • 7–8 years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience
    working in
    startup environments
    .
  • 2+ years in a lead role
    , mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Angular
    (front-end) and

    (back-end).
  • Experience with
    SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
    and at least one
    NoSQL database (MongoDB/Cassandra)
    .
  • Experience with
    Redis/Memcached
    and
    RabbitMQ/Kafka
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Git
    , and
    automated testing
    .
  • Solid foundation in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    and modern web best practices.
