Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related discipline.

  • 8–12 years of experience in full stack software development.

Backend:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java (Spring Boot / Spring

Framework).

  • Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful

APIs and microservices architectures.

  • Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

  • Understanding of asynchronous programming, reactive frameworks (e.g., Spring

WebFlux, Kotlin Coroutines) is a plus.

Frontend:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5,

and CSS3.

  • Experience in building responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end

applications.

  • Strong understanding of state management, RxJS, and RESTful API integrations.

Database & DevOps:

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  • Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).

Testing & Quality:

  • Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks

(JUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma).

  • Advocate for clean code, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack solutions using Kotlin, Java

(Spring Boot), Angular, and TypeScript.

  • Define and implement software architecture, coding standards, and development

best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UX designers to translate

business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members through code reviews

and design discussions.

  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the technology

stack.

  • Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments

(AWS/Azure).

  • Conduct root cause analysis of complex technical issues and drive resolutions.

  • Contribute to estimation, technical planning, and project delivery governance.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
