Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident
Relationship Manager
to handle incoming leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term investors. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong investor awareness, and a genuine passion for financial markets and wealth creation.
Key Responsibilities
·
Call and qualify inbound leads
generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital channels.
·
Understand clients' financial goals
(risk profile, time horizon, tax needs) and recommend suitable
Mutual Fund products
, other wealth products.
·
Convert prospects into active investors
by building trust and offering clear, goal-based investment advice.
·
Follow a structured sales process
— contacting, explaining, convincing, closing, and onboarding.
·
Maintain and update CRM
with call logs, follow-ups, and client requirements.
·
Drive monthly sales targets,
including SIP registrations, lump-sum investments, and AUM growth.
·
Provide post-sales service,
ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat investments.
·
Coordinate with the operations team
for seamless account opening, KYC, and transaction processing.
·
Stay updated
with the latest AMFI, SEBI, and market developments to deliver informed recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum
1–3 years of experience
in Mutual Funds / BFSI sales.
·
NISM V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor Certification)
is preferred or must be completed within 1 month of joining.
· Strong ability to
explain financial concepts
in simple language.
· Excellent
communication & persuasion skills
.
· High ownership, discipline, and follow-up ability.
· Comfortable with
targets and incentive-based roles
.
