2. Adding proper share to from Hospital share for Package billing & some of the procedure

Eg: Instrument Charges for Package billing & EP/RF ablations, Associate Charges, Visit & Standby Physician charges in Birthing Package.

3. Adding Ref to Cardiac Surgery from hospital share.

4. Re-checking of PPN settled bill's Dr.Share.

5. Cross checking Monthly IP Credit Note with Dr.Share.

6. Checking/coordinating with Concerned Department (OT/HR/Operations) for Outside Dr's financial deal. (Doctors who are not on Jupiter Panel)

7. Adding Paediatric Anaesthetist Share form Hospital share & Checking Dr. TaralNagda's /Shivaji Mane's Diff Tariff with Dr.Share.

8. Counting share manually  for Emergency Anaesthesia on call (quarterly Pay)

9. Preparing Manual statement of  KTR/LTR/Paediatric  Cardiac Dr.Share

   B) OP

1. PFT/Health Check /Liver Donor/MRI Cardiac/EEG /Endoscopy/Dental IVF/Physio/Opthal, All this MIS to cross check with correct

  C)  Other

1. Keeping proper track of payment in case Dr's Professional fee category (In-house/Consultant) changed or new Doctor name added

2. Preparing Monthly Professional fees Summary (ECS/Chq summary) & hand it over to Accounts department with authorised signature.

3. Printing  Envelope /Professional fee statement/Cheques Voucher

4. Checking Monthly Database closure from MRD& Accordingly handover the Dr'scheques to marketing department to dispatch &     Weekly follow up for the same to release ECS& chq

5. Check pending cheques of last month & call Doctors for courier option.

6. Proper filing

7. Mailing monthly profession fees statement to doctor after ECS

8. Preparing Dr.SudhirSane's Monthly performance report & payment

9. Update yearly tariff file with correct

10. Providing Required data to marketing department(Mr.SandeepThakkar) for corporate patient's share

11. Handling  query related to Dr.Pay& giving feedback in time

12. Co-ordinating with Accounts,MRD& Marketing as well as with doctors.
