Brigade Hospitality Services Limited (BHSL) is a fully-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited. It owns and operates professionally managed lifestyle clubs and convention centres across Bengaluru. These include Signature Club Resort, The Woodrose, Augusta, Galaxy and Regent Club, and MLR Convention Centres in JP Nagar and Whitefield. Brigade Hospitality also owns 'The Baking Company', a unique patisserie focusing on freshly baked products.
Established in 2004, BHSL pioneered the idea of professionally operated and branded serviced apartments and co-living spaces through its Brigade Homestead brand. Over time, the organization expanded its footprint to encompass various sectors within the hospitality industry including institutional catering and event management.
BHSL's clubs and convention centres showcase modern architectural designs and exceptional amenities, offering their members and guests with a host of superlative sports, health and business facilities, formal and informal dining options, lounges, guest rooms, landscaped gardens and much more.

Operations Job Objective:
Provide leadership expertise that constantly ensures effective and efficient operations of the units, including the achievement of stated operational goals, profitability objectives, and constant innovation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Possess skills for Pre-Opening set up of club operations Run the Operations in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies as set out by the company.
Control, monitor and analyze on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the following:
Quality levels of product and service
Guest satisfaction
Marketing
Operating costs
Sanitation and cleanliness (hygiene)
Optimize Sales and reduce costs to ensure maximum profit is achieved.
Maximization of room revenue and to identify new business by generating new leads Facilitate corporate communication, brand image building, and awareness campaigns in coordination with the Sales & Marketing dept.
Prepares annual budget and business plan to ensure the smooth operation of Club, set financial goals, and plan expenses. Monitors actual sales and revenues to determine variance and assess goal accomplishments.
Align plans with business strategy; understand short- and long-term impact of business decisions.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Supervise the functioning of all employees and facilities as per the standard operating procedures & management guidelines.
Calendar based adherence and implementation, audits and fine tuning of all SOPs. Provide periodic reports, data & analysis as specified from time to time by the management Lead, train, motivate & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Manage and redesign processes for optimal value by encouraging and actively participating in process improvement methods while measuring results Effectively use and promote technology to support productivity, profitability, and change; seek opportunities to use technology to enhance the customer experience Identify, integrate, and transfer internal and external best practices into operational processes; leverage best practices to innovate and improve the way work gets done.
Who are we looking for?
Qualification & Experience:
• Any Graduate preferably MBA in Hotel Management.
• Minimum of years with Hospitality industry with F&B background.
• Should have worked at General Manager / Hotel Manager for hotel / Clubs.
• Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness
• Ability to accept responsibility

• Ability to enhance organizational performance
