Role Description

This full-time, on-site General Manager position is based in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and ensure optimal security service delivery. The role includes supervising security personnel, handling operational issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations. Additionally, the General Manager will develop and implement strategies to optimize service quality, manage budgets, and support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with skills in team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Expertise in operations management, client relationship building, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in security services or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in planning and managing budgets effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline preferred
