Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Residential Sales located in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee the residential sales team, setting targets, creating strategies, and ensuring targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring team members. Additionally, the General Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage budgets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership within the real estate or related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and the development of effective sales strategies
  • Capability to mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of residential real estate markets, particularly in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure revenue growth
