Job Title: Operations Head

Location: Nashik (Head Office) + Travel to Properties

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years as Operations Head / Operations Manager

Age Limit: 30 35 Years

Work Pattern: 7 Days at Head Office + 7 Days at Properties (on rotation)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality properties under Keekoo Hospitality. The right candidate will ensure operational excellence, strong guest experience, and team performance through leadership, training, and consistent monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Multi-Property Operations Management

  2. Oversee and manage operations across different resort/hotel properties.

  3. Must be open to travel frequently between properties as per the rotation schedule.Maintain High Operational Standards
  4. Ensure that each property follows the companys service standards, hygiene protocols, and SOPs.

  5. Conduct regular audits for Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Maintenance, and F&B operations.

  6. Team Training & Development

  8. Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards

  9. Property Upkeep & Preventive Maintenance
  10. Guest Service and Check-in/Check-out Etiquette

  11. On-Site Culture & Behavior Standards

  12. Continuously motivate and enhance staff performance.

  13. Leadership & Culture Building

  14. Be a role model and set the right work culture at every property.

  15. Promote discipline, teamwork, accountability, and guest-first attitude.

  16. Problem Solving & Escalation Handling

  17. Act as the first point of contact for operational challenges.

  18. Provide timely support and ensure disruptions are minimized.

  19. Policy Adherence & Compliance

  20. Ensure all properties follow company rules, systems, policies, and reporting procedures.

  21. Guest Relationship & Grievance Handling

  22. Address escalated guest concerns and resolve them effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and ratings.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Operations Head / Operations Manager in hospitality (Hotels/Resorts preferred).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate and lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Should be comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Should be well-organized, proactive, and guest-service oriented.
