Role Description
- Co-ordinating between various project sites and arranging travel (domestic and overseas)
- Supervising housekeeping activities in the organization.
- Ensuring availability of stationary, ID cards, Visiting card, printing requirements & other stationery materials.
- Overseeing the office assistants and getting the work done and ensuring the office upkeep.
- Guest Management, Ordering food.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone call
- Ensure Office premises is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Order front office & pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
- Supporting HR activities. ( guest House details)
- Maintaining data of usages of various systems, bills, AMC monitoring, vendors, follow-ups.
- Maintaining appointment schedules for Managers
- Organising the events.
- Guest House Management.
- Co-Ordinating during Executive & Annual Meet, helping to get the things done.
- Vendor management (office admin vendors like Plumbers, carpenters, cleaners, electrician)
- Maintaining logs of all the official vendor visit related to HR for bill generation
- Excel

Office Timings – 8:30AM to 6PM
Working Days – 6 days (3
rd
Saturday off)
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
