Outbound Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team at Eazybe, a leading software product company. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills are necessary to close deals and achieve sales targets.
