Make Your Mark:Responsibilities include managing a team that will successfully implement the BlackLine solutions, while achieving team goals. Candidate must have strong communication and client management skills to maintain positive employee and client relations. Candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The Implementations Manager will report to the VP Services, who reports to the head of Global Services, who reports to the CCO.
You'll Get To:- Effectively leads a team of consultants to meet team and department goals, including billable utilization, project success, and adhere to internal processes
- Manage and lead a team of consultants to successfully implement the BlackLine suite of products
- Understand BlackLine solutions, and how they integrate with customer systems and processes
- Ability to attract and retain top talent within the team
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Function as client and partner contact for project management and escalations, and advise on best practices throughout the implementation phase
- Provide support and required assistance to team and other groups in the services department
- Ability to provide recommendations and best practices to customers to drive successful project completion
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
- Effectively manage and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work both in a team environment and individually
- Assist in updating implementation documentation deliverables as needed
- Assist in creating processes and procedures which improve and streamline the implementation processes
- Ability to lead a group of consultants and manage team's workload
- Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Accounting software
- Proven ability to show initiative
- Strong organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, time management and consultative skills
- Software background preferred
- Previous project management experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- CPA preferred
- 2-3 years of consulting experience (either software, technology, or audit/accounting)
- Previous customer facing experience
