HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage the full hiring life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, collaborating with managers on needs, posting jobs, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining records, and supporting broader HR functions like training and performance, all while upholding company policies and fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source candidates (job boards, social media, campus recruitment), screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage applicant tracking, and coordinate with hiring managers for selection.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Understand role requirements with hiring managers to define needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer Management: Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates.
- On-boarding & Orientation: Develop and deliver new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster open communication.
- Policy & Compliance: Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal systems and development plans.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR reports, and assist with payroll/benefits.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
- Process Management: Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
