Job Purpose

Grow BFL Relationship with a specific set of Large and mid - level OEM's which contribute significantly in velocity as well as subvention income of the CD Business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    (Accountabilities associated with the job)

    o Relationship Management with CD OEM's which contribute significantly to CD velocity & Subvention Income ( >20%)

o Build Scheme Properties & Drive Key Scheme Penetration.

o Engagement with Key OEM spocs at HO and OEM Sales Team at Branch and Regional Level and establish coordination in market between BFL Sales team and OEM Sales Team

o Plan and Manage Digital / ARU campaigns for given set of accounts.

o Drive RF Proliferation across set of accounts

o Grow Subvention Income for set of accounts

o Drive Marketplace Proliferation for given set of accounts

o Drive Distribution expansion with BFL for given set of accounts

o Ensuring timely revert on manufacturer query's on Manufacturer service issues.

o Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are timely addressed.

o Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with.

o Ensuring audit queries are complied with.

o Ensure timely dealer mapping/demapping for OEM's Authorized partners

o Ensure monthly MIS checking , Reconciliation Closures and clearance of any errors and frauds

o Managing and Resolving OEM escalations on market facing issues.
