Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new Home Loan (HL) customers through field visits, market references, and tie-ups.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets as per organizational goals.
  • Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and ensure complete documentation for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and disbursement) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closure.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and housing finance products to offer suitable solutions to clients.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with all company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
