Role Overview
As a Compliance Documentation Associate, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and organizing compliance-related documentation. You will work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, security, operations, and HR to ensure that processes and policies align with international compliance standards. This position is designed for fresh graduates who are motivated to build a strong foundation in compliance, governance, and IT documentation.
Key Responsibilities - Draft, edit, and maintain compliance documentation aligned with ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks. - Collaborate with internal teams to collect and structure information in a clear, professional manner. - Create and update policies, procedures, standards, and audit checklists. - Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and well-organized documentation. - Maintain version control of documents and ensure timely updates to repositories. - Learn and apply compliance concepts through hands-on exposure to real projects.
Desired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision. - High attention to detail and organizational ability. - Basic knowledge of compliance concepts, IT processes, or information security is an advantage (training will be provided). - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, or internal wiki platforms is a plus. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced software development environment.
