Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and financial partners. Duties will include overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be expected to optimize sales processes and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services or lending industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
