Job Description: Senior Customer Service Executive
Shift Timing: US Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Qualification: HSC or Graduate
Experience: years in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues through voice communication.
- Ensure high standards of service with excellent communication skills (C1-C2 level).
- Follow IBU boundaries and operational guidelines strictly.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills (C1-C2 level).
- Immediate joiners preferred; no notice periods.
- Mumbai residents only. Applications from outside Mumbai will not be considered.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
Required Documents:
- All relevant documents must be provided.

- Operations Interview (Final Round)
Service Area Boundaries:
- Central: Kalyan - CST
- Harbour : CST - Kharghar
- Western: Churchgate - Virar
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38, ₹45,000.00 per month
