- Manage a team responsible for customers service over phone calls.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from delinquent accounts.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce write-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Aware of shrinkage, attrition KPI and KRA
- Well verse in reporting and team management
- Minimum 2yrs experience as a Sr Team leader or Asst. Manager mandate
