Are you a dynamic sales leader with deep experience in tractor finance or rural lending? Join us to lead our pan-India Tractor Finance business and drive growth across rural markets
Position: National Sales Manager – Tractor
Location: Preferred: Chennai
Experience: 12–18 years in tractor finance/rural lending sales with at least 3–5 years in a national role
Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Agri-finance / Rural Lending
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategy for tractor finance
Lead loan disbursements via DSAs, OEMs & dealer channels
Manage and scale a high-performing pan-India sales team
Forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, dealers & agri-influencers
Expand into new geographies and onboard distribution partners
Monitor sales KPIs, ensure compliance and maintain portfolio quality

Proven experience in tractor lending or rural finance
Strong leadership & team management at national level
Deep understanding of rural markets and distribution channels
Excellent relationship management with OEMs & dealers
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
