Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the national sales team to drive revenue and growth across India.
- Develop sales strategies and forecasts to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Motivate the team and business partners to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee distributor and dealer networks across the country, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide leadership in aligning sales strategies with the company's overall growth objectives
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate with MBA/PGDBM from a reputed university.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience at the
national level as a sales manager.
Experience of managing sales teams across multiple regions, with a track record of leading a
sales force of 50-75 members.
Familiarity with managing large distributor networks across the country.
Experience in the stationery, computer peripherals, or imaging industry preferred.
