What you become a part of
:

The incumbent will lead the group-wide reporting automation across all functions within the group with a view offer excellent analytical, business intelligence support.

What to expect
:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power-BI dashboards and interactive visual reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power-BI solutions.
• Maintain SQL jobs and create new SSIS package as per data requirement from ERP.
• Conduct ETL using Power Query to clean, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Create data models, establish relationships, and write DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Integrate Power-BI with various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage access permissions in Power BI Service.
• Create workspaces and publish Power-BI desktop file to Power-BI services.
• Add and monitor data schedule refresh and provide access to stakeholders.
• Provide support for Power BI-related issues, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Stay up to date with Power BI updates and features to leverage new capabilities.

Essential qualifications & experience
:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Power-BI in a professional setting.

Desired skills & attributes
:

• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power-BI Service.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Knowledge of connecting to different data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
• Aptitude for understanding business requirements and translating them into Power-BI deliverables.
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory) is preferred.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
