We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and TDS statements on time.
  • Manage petty cash and pantry expenses with proper documentation.
  • Finalization of Books of Accounts up to Balance Sheet.

Payroll & HR Support

  • Prepare monthly salary sheets and ensure timely disbursement.
  • HR functions including issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and support basic HR administration.

Client Coordination & Billing

  • Coordinate with clients for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in drafting and managing client agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding financial matters.

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee office supplies and pantry stock management.
  • Support general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
