Accounts & Finance Officer

**Position Overview**:
The **Accounts & Finance Officer** will be responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, donor compliance, and statutory obligations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in financial management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally and ensure timely data entry and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and fund utilization tracking.
- Prepare donor fund utilization reports and assist in audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and donors on finance-related matters.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in accounting and financial management, preferably in the NGO/development sector.
- Proficiency in **Tally**, MS Excel, and familiarity with statutory compliances ( GST, TDS, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
**Remuneration**:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per organizational norms.

Pay: ₹8,322.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
