Position: Marketing Manager (Admissions)

Location: Ghaziabad

School: Indirapuram Public School, Pratap Vihar

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving admissions through strategic outreach, liaison with external partners, executing society-level events, and ensuring high-quality visibility of the school across various channels. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and execution capabilities with a clear focus on admission growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaison & Partnerships

  2. Build and maintain relationships with admission aggregators.

  3. Coordinate with playschools to create referral pipelines.

  4. Establish partnerships with pediatric clinics, activity centres, and community groups for cross-promotions.

  5. Society Events & Local Outreach

  6. Identify target societies in Ghaziabad.

  7. Plan and execute weekend activity events (competitions, workshops, counseling camps).

  8. Ensure high-quality branding and lead capture at every event.

  9. Maintain monthly event calendar and conversion reports.

  10. Printing & Marketing Collateral

  11. Coordinate with vendors for brochures, standees, banners, flyers, and event branding.

  12. Ensure timely delivery and quality control.

  13. Maintain inventory of printed materials.

  14. Digital Support & Collaboration

  15. Coordinate with Media Manager for:

  16. Social media promotions before events

  17. Online advertisement timing and alignment

  18. Lead funnel support for society events

  19. Admission Support & Reporting

  20. Share daily event leads with the admission team.

  21. Track movement from lead → visit → admission.

  22. Prepare weekly admission growth reports.

  23. Maintain on-ground market intelligence (competitor fee, offers, events).

  24. Additional Responsibilities

  25. Support in Open House events planning.

  26. Support ATL/BTL campaigns within the local radius.

  27. Ensure brand presence at relevant offline touchpoints.

  28. Perform any task linked to admissions and school business growth.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.

  • Experience in field marketing, BTL activation or school admissions preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple events and external partners.

  • Comfortable working on weekends/events as needed.

  • Own vehicle preferred for field activities.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.

  • Number of societies/playschools covered.

  • Admissions achieved from external channels.

  • Timeliness and quality of event execution.

  • Vendor and printing delivery efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
