Digital Marketing Manager – Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online growth of our diversified product portfolio, including Hair Care, Hair Oils, Hair Treatments, Hair Colors, Bakhoor & Agarbatti, Henna Paste, Perfumes & Attar, Derma, and Skincare ). The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across all platforms to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost e-commerce and international visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, marketplaces, and international platforms.
  • Lead SEO/SEM, performance marketing, PPC campaigns, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Manage social media channels with strong content planning, creative direction, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams for launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee website performance, analytics, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Drive influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Monitor digital performance KPIs and prepare detailed analytics reports.
  • Stay updated with global digital trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies.
  • Support product diversification by creating digital strategies for new launches across multiple categories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing (FMCG/beauty/cosmetic industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Shopify/WordPress, email automation, and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and scaling online sales.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple product lines and manage end-to-end brand presence.
