Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Daily tasks include market research, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, analyzing the performance of campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The Marketing Manager will also identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure the alignment of all marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
  • Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Presentation Skills
  • Analytical Skills to Monitor Marketing Performance Metrics and Generate Insights
  • Knowledge of Branding and Content Creation
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the facility management or service industry is an advantage
