Job Description: Front Desk Executive cum Receptionist
Position: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
Location: Bhopal
Qualification: Graduate in Management or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain visitor records, appointment logs, and entry registers.
Administrative Support
Handle daily office mail, couriers, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Provide basic administrative support to HR/Admin teams when required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Customer Interaction
Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements.
Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation work.
Handle basic billing, invoice coordination, or petty cash (as assigned).
Operational Responsibilities
Ensure reception equipment (telephone, intercom, etc.) is functioning properly.
Handle basic office admin tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command over English and Hindi.
Professional and pleasant personality.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and presentable.
Salary: As per company norms
