The Front Office Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests, managing reservations, and delivering excellent guest service at the front desk. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness.
- Maintain front office records and ensure accurate data entry in the PMS (Property Management System).
- Ensure lobby area is clean, presentable, and welcoming.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in front office operations in the hotel industry.
- Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- 0-2 years of front desk or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of front desk systems or basic computer skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays
