We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance to clients and internal users. The role involves resolving technical issues, guiding users, escalating unresolved queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle user queries and tickets related to ERP application usage.
Provide clear step-by-step guidance to resolve functional and technical issues.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher-level support or development teams.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timely responses and resolutions.
Assist in debugging, testing, and minor development tasks using Java, , SQL, and front-end technologies.
Document recurring issues and prepare user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with developers to suggest improvements and enhance ERP usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Knowledge of Full Stack Development (Java, , SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with ERP systems (basic functional understanding preferred, training will be provided).
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tickets while ensuring quality support.
Eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and ERP workflows.
