Role Overview:

At Zircon International, the MIS Executive will play a vital role in supporting business growth by managing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve sales, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and expertise in MIS tools. (Excel, Power BI)

Role Summary:

1.) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
sales, inventory, and financial reports
.

2.) Track
SKU-wise performance, stock movement, and ageing analysis
.

3.) Monitor
margins, receivables, and credit limits
for financial control.

4.) Develop
dashboards and automated reports
for management.

5.) Ensure
accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
of all MIS reports.

6.) Coordinate with
Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Logistics
teams for data collection and validation.

7.) Provide insights to
optimize inventory and support own-brand sales growth
