After successfully establishing ourselves in the field of aviation training, we moved to the field of aviation consulting, focused on providing customized solutions to clients within the industry. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to join our consulting office in Bhubaneshwar, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in driving data-driven insights and building efficient, scalable data solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Integration:
• Collect, compile, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring high levels of data integrity.
• Data Cleaning & Validation:

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness for effective analysis.

• Data Analysis & Interpretation:

Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical and computational techniques to derive actionable insights.Build and maintain financial models to assess scenarios, forecasts, and performance metrics.Create clear and compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar, to present insights to stakeholders.Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, define data requirements, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.Perform exploratory data analysis and support one-time or short-term analytical requests as needed.Maintain and update databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval processes.Detect trends, patterns, and correlations in data that can support business growth and process optimization.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and recommend innovations to improve performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or business analytics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with Power BI and Python (or similar tools such as R, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with Figma, Figma Jam and Canva
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and experience in financial modeling.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
