Job Title: Exhibition and Event Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Exhibition and Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of event production from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Management

  • Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, registration, catering, signage, transportation, and accommodation.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.

  • Exhibition Management

  • Design floor plans and manage booth allocations.

  • Oversee exhibitor onboarding, communication, and support.

  • Ensure health and safety standards and regulations are met during events.

  • Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across channels (email, social media, press).

  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility at events.

  • Budget & Reporting

  • Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs.

  • Track event metrics and prepare post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.

  • On-site Management

  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.

  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events in real time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in organizing exhibitions and corporate events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends.
