Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining customer service records, resolving customer issues, and actively supporting the customer service management process. The role requires regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and support their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and customer support to address and resolve inquiries and challenges effectively
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations
- Skills in customer service management and the ability to maintain comprehensive records
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a customer-facing role
