Job Responsibility

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Obtaining rates for shipments from the commercials team such as transport ,the container pricing team,& other connected partners.
  • Ex
    Co-Ordination of operations with all parties involved &development of close relationship with the shipping line CFS,CHA& other vendors to assure good services.
  • Ensure that the shipments is handled smoothly.
  • Tracking shipments & day to day updates to customers by telephone & E-Mails
  • Documentation
    duties such as BL, cost sheet preparation, vendor /client payment follow up, billing
  • keeping records of all shipments & preparing reports of execution
