Duration: 4–6 Months

About Us:

We are a growing collective in the fashion and skincare space, committed to building a unique and authentic voice across digital platforms. We're on the lookout for a Social Media Optimization Intern who knows how to design and edit with Canva and understands how to make content perform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva.
  • Optimize content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Use hashtags, captions, and content buckets strategically to improve reach and engagement.
  • Monitor insights and recommend actionable changes to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with content creators, design, and growth teams for campaign rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Canva (including video editing in Canva).
  • Knowledge of SMO best practices, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Interest in fashion, skincare, or lifestyle niches is a bonus.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and viral content formats.
  • Basic knowledge of platform analytics is an advantage.
