Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. The role is based in New Delhi but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, optimizing social media pages, engaging with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
