Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven
Social Media Manager
with 1+ year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling content, developing effective social media strategies, and managing multiple platforms to elevate our brand presence. Experience with design tools like
Canva Pro

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution
  : Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic to client websites across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
• Content Creation
  : Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics, posts, stories, and videos using
  Canva Pro
  and other design tools to showcase client products and services.
• Client Handling
  : Work directly with clients, including those in the
  jewelry, fashion, and interior design
  industries, to understand their brand vision and goals. Translate those insights into social media content and campaigns.
• Campaign Management
  : Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns. Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement.
• Content Calendar & Strategy
  : Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with clients' marketing goals, seasonal trends, and product launches.
• Brand Consistency
  : Ensure that all social media posts align with the client's voice and brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional presence across all platforms.
• Reporting & Analytics
  : Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to clients, showcasing key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

Community Engagement
: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to foster community growth and customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications

• Experience
  : 1+ year of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
• Design Skills
  : Proficiency in
  Canva Pro
  for creating graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials. Knowledge of other graphic design tools is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge
  : Experience working with clients from
  jewelry brands, fashion brands, or interior designers
  is a significant advantage.
• Social Media Expertise
  : Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Familiarity with trends, hashtags, and the latest social media tools.
• Content Strategy
  : Strong background in creating content strategies that are aligned with business goals, and capable of tailoring strategies for various industries.
• Communication Skills
  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and creating engaging content that speaks to target audiences.
• Analytical Mindset
  : Ability to interpret social media data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
• Creative & Proactive
  : A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and competitors.

Time Management
: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
