Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various day-to-day tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and managing HRIS. Additional responsibilities include benefits administration, organizing training sessions, and assisting in employee onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration
  • Skills in organizing and conducting Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a corporate environment is a plus
