Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Katyayani Organics. This position is based in our headquarters in Bhopal and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with our clients by offering our state-of-the-art agrochemical solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Experience with HubSpot to streamline marketing strategies and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Proven expertise in lead generation techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Strong account management skills to foster long-lasting relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals with clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote products effectively.
- Competence in data analysis to make informed business decisions and measure the success of initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and HubSpot to manage client information, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients highlighting product benefits and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to position our products more effectively.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
