Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Event Management based in Mumbai. The Director will oversee the end-to-end management of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, coordinating logistics, ensuring timely project delivery, tracking budgets, managing event staff, and establishing effective communication channels. Additionally, the Director will contribute to the development of event strategies and drive sales efforts to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management with a track record of successfully managing large-scale events.
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and financial management for events and related operations.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Sales and business development within the events or related industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure efficient event delivery.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the creative or experience design industry is a plus.
